CRM Executive - Sports, Sweden

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for creating and executing CRM strategies to boost player loyalty and lifetime value in the Swedish market. You will take a data-driven approach to foster engagement, improve retention, and drive profitability. Collaboration is key in this role, as you'll work alongside various teams to align objectives, streamline processes, and generate innovative ideas. You will oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of campaigns in one of our most significant markets.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel CRM strategies designed to increase player loyalty and lifetime value, contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
- Optimisation: Continuously assess and refine campaigns and customer journeys to enhance user experience, retention, and profitability.
- Data Analytics: Leverage advanced analytics and segmentation to understand player behaviour and deliver personalised, relevant communications.
- End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Take ownership of assigned campaigns, ensuring successful execution, regulatory compliance, and an optimal customer experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with your team and cross-functional departments to align on shared goals, identify opportunities for efficiency, and drive creative, innovative solutions.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Minimum of 2 years of CRM experience.
- iGaming Knowledge: Prior experience within the Swedish market is a plus.
- Language Skills: Native Swedish speaker (required); additional languages are a bonus.
- Attributes: A positive, creative, and results-driven mindset with a strong focus on data.
- Team Player: Strong collaborator who enjoys knowledge sharing and learning from colleagues while being self-motivated and independent.
- Skills: Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong planning abilities.
