ABOUT THE ROLE

 

Join our dynamic team of Service Desk Analysts where every day brings new challenges. As part of our close-knit team, you'll play a crucial role in managing access to the diverse array of applications and systems utilized across our organization. From facilitating seamless onboarding and offboarding processes to conducting periodic access reviews, you'll ensure that our company remains at the forefront of efficiency and security. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 

        Provisioning, maintaining, reviewing, and removing access/privileges for users.

        Ensuring that requests are in-line with SLAs and updated efficiently and effectively.

        Working with other departments, providing necessary support for user access issues.

        Being responsible for identifying and delivering improvements to the knowledge base, support processes & tools, and keeping them up to date.

        Learning about our systems to provide support to our users.

        Carrying out basic investigation, information gathering, and troubleshooting.

        Keeping users updated on the status of their support issues.

        Performing other duties as assigned.

 


OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

 

        Familiarity with Linux and MySQL Systems

        Comfortable with Virtual and Cloud Environments

        Understanding of IAM Systems

        Strong Troubleshooting skills

        Attention to detail and ability to follow process and procedures

        Good command of written and spoken English

        Quick learner and willing to improve own skills continuously and adapt to change in a fast-moving atmosphere
