ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead the Danish marketing agenda for our hero brand LeoVegas, with full ownership of the local acquisition strategy, marketing budget and key contribution to retention, CRM and player lifecycle initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong digital marketing expertise and understanding of CRM and retention mechanics, and proven experience working in international or multinational environments. We are looking for a true team player with a deep knowledge of the Danish iGaming landscape and a solid track record in leading end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from initial planning and execution to performance monitoring, data analysis, and optimisation.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● Creating the marketing strategy and plan in close alignment with the Country Director and Group Strategy. This will involve (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities:
● Understanding of the Global/Regional strategy and adjusting to local opportunities and regulations.
● Work closely with internal stakeholders including channel owners to define and align on the local approach for the Danish Market.
● Find the right partners (media, content, sponsorship etc.) to help communicate and promote one or multiple brands.
● Drive the local brand strategy and ensure all stakeholders (internal and external) are aligned.
● Manage and oversee all activities that are part of the local brand strategy.
● Manage commercial planning and budgeting (as well as all financial and commercial reporting for the brand).
● Align with the Country Director and Nordic cluster management on overall strategy, planning, priorities, activities, etc.
● Manage and provide relevant data and insights (internal / external / research / etc.) needed to successfully grow the brand within the Danish market.
● Responsible for reaching targets based on several marketing KPI’s.
● Present progress and updates frequently and manage the quarterly planning.
● Production of campaign assets with internal design team and external agency.
● Review and approve marketing materials.
● Together with the CRM team secure planning, creation, execution, and communication of the CRM Campaign Strategy for all life cycles in the market
● Campaign testing, bonus monitoring and post analysis from a ‘test, learn and grow’ approach to ensure marketing efficiency and ROI.
● Planning, implementation and continuous optimization of all Ad Hoc and Global onsite campaigns and keeping these in line with compliance requirements.
● Overseeing the segmentation of the customers, in cooperation with the Data team to improve and implement new Lifecycle segmentation.
● Conduct market research together with the research department.
● Be aware of the local legal regulations/limitations and make sure all marketing activities are fully compliant.
● Constantly monitor regulatory changes and ensure that internal stakeholders are informed about any upcoming changes and can adjust in time, participate in updates and calls with external lawyers as well as the internal Compliance and Legal teams.
