ABOUT THE ROLE

 

As the Live Casino Operations Manager, you will act as the operational heartbeat of our Live Casino vertical. Overseeing our entire product delivery and daily operations, you will act as the vital bridge connecting central strategy with our suppliers and regional clusters. You will take ownership of the flawless execution of our network and dedicated portfolio roadmaps, implementing robust procedures to ensure absolute operational stability.

A core part of your mission will be leading and empowering a team of highly skilled Live Casino Coordinators to execute localised strategies. This is a highly dynamic role that features hands-on collaboration with our joint-venture partners in Brazil and the BetMGM IP.

 

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 

     Working closely with the Head of Live Casino to translate high-level product strategy into actionable operational roadmaps, ensuring our product offering and player experience remain industry leading.

      Monitoring and analysing Live Casino performance data to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous optimisation.

     Taking leadership on Live Casino expansion projects; e.g. new market entries, new brand launches, new provider launches.

     Implementing, optimizing, and enforcing internal Live Casino procedures and ways of working to ensure all operations are handled efficiently and seamlessly.

     Being a role model, developing and mentoring a team of Live Casino Team Leads & Coordinators. Ensuring they have the right operational support needed to maintain high quality operations within the team and the clusters.

     Building strong and lasting relationships with new and existing commercial partners. Including conference and industry events attendance when required (this may include travel and attendance after office hours).

     Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Marketing, CRM, Compliance, and Regional Country Managers) to ensure the operational readiness of all Live Casino initiatives.

     Conducting ongoing operational competitor analysis—monitoring their lobby positioning, feature rollouts, and UX flow to ensure our delivery remains best-in-class.

     Executing regular and ad hoc Live Casino, documentation, analysis & reporting related tasks to ensure smooth business operations. Participate in QBR’s.


OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
 

      3-5 years of experience with live casino, ideally in a B2C management role

     Experience developing dedicated live casino offerings

     Experience managing stakeholders, including C-level

     Strong communication & presentation skills

     Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail

     Supplier commercial negotiation experience.
