What you will do:

  • Responsible for daily operations of the HR Department such as drafting employment contracts, maintaining HR system with employee details, being the first point of call for employee queries and provide guidance.
  • Engaging and terminating employees on Jobsplus, liaise with external stakeholder including government authorities.
  • Manage (and renew) work permits for Non-EU employees and handle any other necessary documents Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees
  • Be self-driven to organise and implement several HR projects within the business.
  • Use current HR tools to analyse data to identify patterns and trends that can help create/improve processes.
  • Be project owner of current or future compensation and/or benefits programmes.
Who are we looking for?
  • Must have at least 1/2 years experience as an HR Administrator. Experience in iGaming would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and native English language skills.
  •  Willing to learn and possesses a self-driven attitude
  •  Meticulous and possesses good analytical skills.
