ABOUT THE ROLE      

Join us at LeoVegas Group as a CRM Coordinator, where precision is paramount. You'll oversee flawless execution of tasks, manage bonuses and rewards meticulously, and maintain accurate communications across channels. Collaborate closely with teams to streamline processes, share best practices, and stay ahead of industry trends. Whether you're new to CRM or bring prior experience, this role offers a dynamic environment for growth and contribution.

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Execute delivery tasks with precision, guaranteeing customers receive the correct rewards and communications in line with campaign specifics, while proactively minimizing errors through diligent optimization and quality assurance.
  • Meticulously set up and manage bonuses, tournaments, and rewards, ensuring all related content and communications are detailed, accurate, and effectively distributed across promotional channels.
  • Adhere to stringent QA protocols, swiftly address any campaign-related customer issues, and conduct thorough incident reports to prevent future occurrences, emphasizing detail-oriented problem-solving.
  • Collaborate effectively within your CRM team and across departments to align on objectives, streamline processes, and integrate innovative practices, all while maintaining a high-quality standard in a fast-paced environment.
  • Actively support and share best practices with fellow CRM Coordinators, contributing to a cohesive and informed team environment that prioritizes high-quality execution and continuous improvement.
  • Engage in the ongoing development and refinement of CRM processes, including the adoption of automation tools and RPA, to enhance efficiency and manage the high demands and stress of the role effectively.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive strategies to ensure our CRM initiatives are cutting-edge and compliant.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING: 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with proven experience in campaign setup, QA, and issue resolution within a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and bonus/reward configuration, preferably in iGaming, eCommerce, or other digital marketing sectors.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of conducting root-cause analyses and preparing detailed incident reports to improve future processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, product, and customer support teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential
