To accommodate our rapid company growth, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to our office in Stockholm. 

In the role, you will amongst other things

  • Support and advice our LeoLeaders and employees in HR related matters
  • Oversee, improve and create HR processes
  • Be a part of global and local projects improving the employee journey
  • Oversee our HR related systems
  • Initiate and project manage HR projects
  • Coordinate trainings and events within culture, leadership and Employer Branding

Qualifications

  • A degree within Human Resources or equivalent is required
  • We believe you have experience from supporting leaders in HR related matters according to Swedish labor law
  • You also have excellent communication skills in English 
  • Previous experience in tech companies or a fast growing international company is an advantage

Working Hours:

LeoVegas has a hybrid working environment with 3 days working from home per week and 2 days working from the office as we want to give our employees flexibility to structure their work week while at the same time being able to provide information, team practices and social activities.
