ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a strategic and results-driven Country Manager to lead our rapidly growing operations in Canada. As our Canadian market leader, you will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and cultivate a high-performing team in this exciting and dynamic industry.

As our Country Manager for Canada, you will be at the helm of our continued success in one of the world's most competing and rapidly expanding iGaming markets. We've already established a strong foundation in Canada, and your mission will be to build upon this momentum, identifying new avenues for growth and developing our position as a big player in the market.

You'll have complete ownership of the Canadian market, crafting and executing a data-driven strategy that captures market share, maximizes profitability, and elevates our brand to new heights. This is a high-impact role that demands both strategic vision and tactical execution, working closely with our central marketing team and operational departments to ensure we're exceeding player expectations and setting the industry standard for excellence.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

●        Develop and execute a winning market strategy for Canada, encompassing all product verticals (Casino, Live Casino, Sports), that aligns with our overall business objectives.

●        Conduct in-depth market analysis, monitor competitive activities, and identify emerging trends and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

●        Stay abreast of evolving Canadian iGaming regulations and ensure full compliance in all aspects of our operations.

●        Take full ownership of the market's P&L, exceeding revenue targets and maximizing profitability.

●        Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing ROI across all channels.

●        Design and implement impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns (TV, online, PR, affiliation, ambassadors, events, social media, etc.) tailored to the Canadian market.

●        Work closely with our central marketing team to leverage group resources and ensure brand consistency.

●        Continuously analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.

●        Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders and operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient market operations.

●        Identify and implement improvements in processes and workflows to enhance productivity and performance.

●        Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

●        Identify and develop talent within the team, providing opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

●        Proven Leader: 3+ years of proven experience in a similar leadership role within the iGaming industry, with a track record of driving growth and exceeding targets in the Canadian market.

●        Strategic Thinker: Possessing a strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making, and a keen ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

●        Marketing Maestro: A deep understanding of the Canadian iGaming landscape, with expertise in developing and executing effective multi-channel marketing campaigns.

●        Results-Oriented: Highly results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the market’s success.

●        Team Player & Coach: Excellent leadership qualities with a passion for developing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals
