CRM/VIP Manager - Japanese Market

Position at

  • Create and communicate the retention strategy for the market.
  • Regular analysis of player data for segmentation of player groups.
  • Maximize player experience in line with relevant procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Being available 24/7 for players as well as answering any day-to-day queries, requests and complaints and ensuring they are handled in a timely and professional manner, including out of office hours and weekends when needed.
  • Identify changes in player behaviour and react accordingly.
  • Plan, implement and evaluate tailored campaigns for players and segments, in line with compliance requirements.
  • Working closely with other Managers in the Japanese market.
  • Report on and take ownership of the KPIs for the market.
  • Answer VIP queries to ensure fast and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Monthly reporting of player segments and performance.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned when needed.

  • Excellent planning and time organization skills and of course - superb attention to details.
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese.
  • Proficiency in another language will be considered an asset.
  • Several years of iGaming experience.
