ABOUT THE ROLE
LeoVegas Group is seeking a driven and experienced Head of Casino to lead and refine our casino operations across major brands, including LeoVegas and BetMGM UK. Reporting to the Director of Gaming, this role focuses on optimising casino product performance, driving operational excellence, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This senior role demands a process-focused leader who can collaborate effectively to enhance the player experience while maintaining robust operational standards and aligning with cross-functional teams.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team focused on Games Sourcing, Games Delivery & Games Performance Optimization. Cultivate a professional, collaborative culture that encourages growth, accountability and alignment with LeoVegas Group’s values and objectives.
- Lead casino initiatives for new site launches, market entries, migrations, and feature enhancements. Ensure casino requirements meet key milestones and deliverables, driving timely, high-quality outcomes that align with company goals.
- Oversee the daily operations of the casino team, ensuring efficient and scalable processes are in place. Identify and implement improvements to operational workflows, optimizing structures to drive quality, consistency and performance across all casino activities.
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, working closely with the Compliance team to stay ahead of industry regulations and ensure all casino operations meet jurisdictional standards, including responsible gaming practices.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Deep expertise in casino products and player engagement strategies.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, competitive environment and able to balance strategic vision with a hands-on approach to operational management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams. You empower team members to take ownership of their roles and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Strong organisational skills and a process-oriented mindset, with a focus on streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency and ensuring scalable workflows across the casino function.
- Experienced in navigating complex regulatory requirements and maintaining compliance in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
