Our team plays an integral part in enabling LeoVegas to take the position of “King of Casino” and we are constantly looking for ways to improve all aspects of Talent Acquisition.

To help us on the way we are looking for a new addition to the team to take the strategic Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) ownership over some of our most important departments.

In short, your role would be to support Product & Tech from both a strategic & hands-on talent perspective.

What You Will Do

Being a TAP at LeoVegas consists of three main areas:


You will have a broad role where you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies for your TAP-area. Identifying the right talent with culture & attitude as a steering tool is essential. You will also source and interview candidates, as well as coordinate interviews during the process. As TAP you will also coach managers in recruitment related matters and interviewing skills, both one-on-one and in group trainings, and make sure the relevant stakeholders receive clear communication in all recruitment related matters. Needless to say, we are all responsible for following up quality to ensure we are hiring the right people and also giving those we hire the best possible circumstances to succeed.

Creating Brand Awareness

As TAP for Product & Tech, you will identify, organise and attend relevant events/career fairs or other events that can increase our talent pool. Creating and contributing to the digital marketing strategy for Product & Tech is also on your table, as well as constantly seeking new innovative approaches to talent pooling.

Data Driven Business Partnering

We are transitioning into a data driven way of working, which means you will use data to support your discussions and workforce planning with your managers and HRBP. You don’t have to be an expert, but it’s great if you’ve dipped your toes into working this way and are willing to learn.

Who we are looking for

  • We think you have a background working in-house in an international rapid growth company with technology recruitment as your passion
  • iGaming is a plus
  • You are comfortable with riding up and down in the metaphoric helicopter, being able to see both the strategic long-term perspective as well as assessing “right here, right now”
  • Ideally you’ve worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner or an HRBP with a significant recruitment focus
  • As you’ll be focused on the Swedish organisation, while working in an international environment; it great if you are confident in both English and Swedish
