What will you do throughout the week:

  • Manage and develop the Retention marketing teams

  • Be the owner and driver for the groups Retention marketing strategy together with Retention Managers, focusing on:

  • Support and coach the Retention Managers in all aspects of leadership and culture 

  • Manage team performance and KPIs in line with targets/budgets

  • Own the optimization of the customer segmentation along with the Data Team and ensure that it’s execution across all Retention teams

  • Close collaboration with Optimization team to ensure that CRM automation is prioritized to boost productivity

  • Improve the use of Data as the driver of all decisions across all Retention marketing teams, ensuring a tight collaboration with the Data team

  • Own and drive the Retention Marketing roadmap and drive key improvement initiatives

  • Ensure all work within the department is carried out in a transparent and documented way 

  • Liaise and maintain a close relationship with all key stakeholders

  • Ensure retention marketing strategy are clearly communicated across the organization and that they are aligned with Country Management 

Who is our ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years experience of working with a mass-market/multi-brand customer base and leading a CRM strategy 

  • Self Driven and highly motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills

  • Strong knowledge of casino games and a passion for our product
