Director of HR Transformation

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Director of HR Transformation for our Malta office. You will become part of a global HR Team who are all striving towards the same goal: to contribute to the greatest i-gaming experience by ensuring LeoVegas is a great place to work.
In this role, you will lead the design, planning, and execution of HR transformation initiatives across multiple geographies and functions. The role focuses on driving scalable, modern, and effective HR practices that strengthen organisational performance, employee engagement, leadership capability, and the overall employee experience.
You will play a key role in shaping and evolving core HR areas including performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, culture, workplace experience, and global office management. Working closely with senior leaders and the global HR team, you will ensure that HR initiatives are delivered with clear governance, strong stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Lead HR transformation projects across multiple geographies and functions, from design and planning through to execution and continuous improvement
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, outcomes, and stakeholder communication
- Own and evolve performance management and engagement frameworks that drive clarity, accountability, feedback, recognition, and high performance
- Design scalable processes for goal setting, performance reviews, talent differentiation, engagement surveys, and employee listening
- Develop and execute learning, development, onboarding, and culture initiatives aligned with current and future capability needs
- Lead the global workplace experience strategy to create environments that support productivity, collaboration, wellbeing, and inclusion
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- A higher degree within Business Administration, Organisational Development, or equivalent is required
- Strong experience leading HR transformation initiatives in an international or fast-growing organisation
- Proven ability to manage complex projects end to end, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, outcomes, and stakeholder communication
- Experience owning or developing performance management, engagement, learning and development, onboarding, or culture frameworks is a strong plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with senior leaders across multiple geographies and functions
- Excellent communication skills in English is required other language skills is highly meriting
