Position at LeoVegas - Gears of Leo Spain

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our new Tech Hub in Malaga. You will become a part of a global HR Team who are all striving towards the same goal, to contribute to the greatest i-gaming experience by ensuring LeoVegas is a great place to work. You will form a part of our Product & Tech organization and report into HR Lead P&T.

In the role as an HR Manager you will join the exciting journey of setting up the HR-function in our new Tech Hub with ongoing support from the global HR team. 

We trust that you will help us with:

Setting up the HR and office function in our new Tech Hub and assuring that we have the right compensation and benefits. Be a part of global and local projects that improve the employee journey. Coordinate events within culture, leadership and Employer Branding and advise our leader and employees in HR-related matters according to the Spanish Labor law,

Do you have experience in this?

  • 3 years of HR & Office management experience having worked in the full HR ‘lifecycle’ 
  • Strong working knowledge of local employment law
  • Experience in creating and executing an HR and office budget
  • Experience from supporting leaders and employees in HR-related matters 
  • Previous experience in tech companies or a fast-growing international company is an advantage but not a must
