In line with our success, we’re now looking for a Director of Brand to lead our brand marketing, creative and research teams.

As our Director of Brand you will...

  • Be responsible for growing developing and leading Creative Services, Brand Management and Player Insight 
  • Lead our large  in-house creative and content teams responsible for delivering creative assets across multiple markets, brands, products and channels working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure quality, consistent and effective creative
  • Support local marketing teams on the development of creative briefs, agency selection, creative development, production and execution
  • Have overall responsibility of brand management strategy including the development and maintenance of brand books and design brand guidelines
  • lead the development and refinement of the brand messages and creative designs in order to attract potential players and retain them
  • Liaise with the SVP Marketing and VP Brand of MGM Resorts International as an when required
  • Lead and motivate a team of Brand Managers to increase viability of LeoVegas and other UK facing brands
  • Work closely with sports marketing to help leverage our partnerships with Manchester City,Inter Milan and Atalanta
  • Continue to build on the success of our UK brands with featured content, engaging design and proactively monitoring market trends
  • Part of the Commercial Senior leadership team you will contribute to the wider business 
  • Hire and lead a small brand management team to support branding initiatives
  • Manage a player insight manager and develop both qualitative and quantitative research to gain deeper understand of our players and brands including brand tracking, ongoing player satisfaction and ad-hoc market research. Ensure teams are mentored and supported in understanding our brands and our players

 What you will do:

  • Report to the Chief Commercial Officer and be part of the senior commercial leadership team
  • Lead, inspire and mentor a large team 
  • Be a brand ambassador  and customer champion by demonstrating passion for LeoVegas and our brands and its players. Be the players voice in the business
  • Conduct market research to ensure we continue to offer an exciting and engaging experience for our customers and help us make smarter more informed decisions
  • Brand Manage and evolve a portfolio of brands including LeoVegas, Expekt, BetUK, GogoCasino, PinkCasino and others
  • Lead and support a growing team of Brand Managers to evolve our brand strategy 
  • Keep up with and understand industry best practices and emerging strategies that will keep the brand marketing up to date and ensure the business a competitive edge in brand awareness, consumer acquisition, and retention. Developing new creative, innovative, and out-of-the-box approaches in applying the business’s messages.
  • Mentor and educate cross functional staff on brand marketing, player insight and potential strategies for success
  • Work closely with our internal teams engage and monitor success of each campaign and optimize performance
  • Support the CCO and CMO with reports and presentations  as required

Who are we looking for?

  • Deep experience of brand management, creative processes and delivering outstanding results
  • You will have proven experience within the iGaming industry 
  • Demonstrated leadership, research and analytical skills
  • A passionate individual with a creative and growth mindset
  • Natural communicator able to engage with staff at all levels
  • Extensive experience of managing creative teams and working with external agencies
  • Collaborative able to work with and influence internal stakeholders
