Position at LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group

We are looking for a Product Specialist for Retention with a special focus on loyalty for our customers. What we do in this team is build tools and features for our retention marketing teams to create the greatest gaming experience. We support this target by supporting and challenging the operational organization to acquire and retain customers as effectively as possible.

You will work alongside the product manager and together with the development teams and our operational teams to develop plans and investigations that help the company exceed.

Do you have experience in this? 

  • Experience in product management and/or technical project management
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management
  • Previous experience in igaming is a plus
  • Experience in CRM, Loyalty and customer bonusing is a merit
