ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our small dynamic team as a Project Coordinator and be at the forefront of our CRM adventure! Assist Project Managers with CMS, Rewards, and expansion projects while maintaining guides and project statuses. Lead retention project roadmaps, optimize internal processes, and deliver top-notch training materials. Essential skills: expertise in Casino/Sports reward mechanics, CMS management, excellent communication/training abilities, and proficiency with work management tools. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

●        Assist Project Managers with CMS, Rewards, expansion and quality initiatives.

●        Create/Maintain/update all guides (where required) and confluence project statuses.

●        Assist build and QA Rewards and CMS updates related to expansion projects and new product releases.

●        Coordinate/align and manage retention projects roadmaps with Project Managers.

●        Lead assigned project initiatives with guidance and assistance from Project Managers, adhering to existing processes.

●        Review and optimize internal department/team processes where possible.

●        Lead smaller optimization Projects

●        Deliver training material for Retention Operations on-boarding programme.

●        Assist development teams with any feature release testing required.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

●        Knowledge on Casino/Sports reward mechanics.

●        Good understanding of CMS Management.

●        Good communicational/training skills.

●        Experience with work management tools (Jira, SAP, Salesforce).

●        At least 2 years working in iGaming is preferred.

●        Self driven, organised and a true team player.
