We’re looking for an experienced People Enablement Operations and Payroll Specialist for our
People Operations team. People are the driving force of success at LegalZoom, and we’re building

You will:

● Successfully administer and process monthly payrolls for UK, Poland and India 100+
employees globally.
● Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with policies and procedures.
● Audit and make entries related to new hires, employee changes and terminations.
● Research and resolve payroll related inquiries in a timely manner.
● Provide timely management and various reporting requests.
● Document processes and provide instruction to employees and leadership on payroll and
self-service procedures.
● Perform accounting level support for the Finance department.
● Perform periodic internal audits of various payroll areas and prepare materials for external
audits
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
● Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
● Provide employment verification upon employee requests.
● Audit data integrity between different systems.
● Assist with communication on internal updates for benefit changes, promotion, etc.
● Various ad hoc administrative tasks related to benefits onboarding/offboarding, invoice
processing, as needed
● Other payroll operational projects and duties as assigned.
 
You have
 
● 5+ years of experience processing global payroll for 100+ employees; preferably a major e-
commerce company.
● Detailed knowledge of full payroll process, including taxes, deductions, benefits, and
retirement funds, in compliance with global requirements.
● Knowledge of ADP India, Vistra, and Cooper Parry software and reporting tools is a plus.
● Experience with Sox Compliance requirements and documentation.
● Excellent proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software,
● Ability to perform in a fast-paced, self-managed environment.
● Ability to identify and analyze problem situations and develop an effective course of action
for resolution.
● Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
● Exceptional organization and attention to detail skills.
● Ability to solve problems as they arise and provide best practices when necessary.
● Proven focus on teamwork, asking for help and helping others.
● Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, or a similar field of
study is a plus. Additional certifications in the field a bonus
