At the end of 2021, LegalZoom made the official commitment to being a remote-first company. Remote-first means that there is no expectation that Zoomers come into an office for a fixed number of days outside of those employees identified as essential onsite workers. While we remain a remote-first culture, our local offices have evolved as collaboration spaces for Zoomers to meet and engage in person.

This position will be onsite in Frisco, TX.

As our Fulfillment Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of Legalinc’s Business Filing team. In this role you will provide leadership, management and supervision to your domestic team while working closely with our international partners.  You will be responsible for implementing effective processes while leveraging technology to achieve productivity goals related to Key Performance Indicators.


You will

        Oversee team’s productivity ensuring objectives are continuously met.

        Optimize processes to increase efficiency and decrease the cost of goods per unit.

        Interview, hire and assist with training of new employees.

        Partner with Instructional Design and Training to develop supplemental training and/or modifications to existing content as needed.

        Drive and maintain high employee engagement, empowerment, and morale through clear expectations and positive leadership coaching techniques.

        Oversee and ensure employee productivity and training.

        Manage and maintain records on employee productivity and progression.

        Manage reward and recognition programs to acknowledge exceptional performance.

        Develop and maintain training program and processes that deliver on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance goals. 

        Resolve production problems and bottlenecks to ensure minimum costs and prevent order fulfillment delays and customer dissatisfaction.

You Have

        3+ years previous operations or filings experience.

        3+ years of Management experience.

        BS or BA or equivalent experience.

        Proficiency with, and the ability to rapidly navigate between the following applications and systems: Windows & Mac OS, Internet search engines, including but not limited to Google and Yahoo; Microsoft Office, including strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project.

        Good communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and with partners.

        Plan, organize, and execute plans in a timely manner.

        Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting aggressive deadlines.

        Familiarity with fulfillment channels, products, metrics, and technologies.

        Demonstrate skills in effective communication through the exchange of information and ideas in ways that promote mutual understanding and effective decision-making

        Respond readily to changes in the industry, environment, or organization and take constructive steps to address them

        Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.

        Demonstrated strong analytical skills.

        Ability to clearly evaluate, communicate and document processes and methods

        Must have a flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends as needed.


LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is ($50,500 - $108,200). Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package. For onsite roles or roles that require periodic onsite visits, LegalZoom requires all employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines “fully vaccinated” as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
