Overview

 

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Experience Facilitator to join LegalZoom and drive the development and success of our sales team. As an Agent Trainer, you’ll be instrumental in designing and delivering impactful training programs that equip our agents with the skills to excel in B2C sales, retention and saves, customer care, and effectively engage with our diverse product offerings. You’ll play a key role in providing top-tier training delivery, ensuring agents leave each session confident, informed, and ready to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

 

You Will:

 

    Deliver Outstanding Training Programs: Prioritize the delivery of highly engaging, informative, and actionable training sessions, ensuring agents are fully equipped to perform at their best. Facilitate training sessions that inspire, motivate, and boost confidence in handling sales conversations effectively.

    Develop Tailored Training Curricula: Design comprehensive training curricula, including initial onboarding, product and process training, and ongoing skill development to ensure sales agents are proficient in product knowledge, communication, and sales techniques.

    Drive Retention and Saves Sales Training: Focus on training methodologies and strategies that improve retention rates and enable agents to effectively navigate saves sales conversations, turning potential cancellations into long-term customer relationships.

     Leverage B2C Expertise: Build on best practices in B2C sales to drive training effectiveness, teaching agents how to address customer needs confidently, understand buying behaviors, and foster customer trust and engagement.

    Integrate Legal Product Training: Educate sales agents on our suite of legal products, ensuring they understand complex product features and can communicate these effectively to a broad audience of potential customers.

    Assess and Optimize Training Programs: Regularly evaluate training effectiveness and impact, leveraging data to refine methods, materials, and delivery based on performance metrics, participant feedback, and business objectives.

    Collaborate with Sales Leadership: Work closely with sales managers, performance analysts, and BI teams to ensure training aligns with team goals and sales strategy, and incorporate insights from customer data and sales metrics into training content.

    Utilize an Iterative, Data-Driven Approach: Adapt training programs based on performance results, continuously innovating to meet evolving sales needs and enhance team effectiveness.

 

 

You Have:
 

    5+ Years of Sales Training Experience: Proven experience in sales training, particularly in B2C and saves/retention sales, with a track record of driving measurable improvement in sales team performance.

    Exceptional Training Delivery Skills: Strong facilitation and public speaking abilities with a passion for creating an engaging learning environment that makes complex topics accessible and actionable.

    B2C Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of B2C sales dynamics, including sales psychology, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies.

    Corporate Call Center or BPO Experience: Background in a corporate call center or business process outsourcing (BPO) environment, with a strong understanding of call center dynamics, metrics, and processes to align training with high-performance standards in these settings.

    Experience with Technical Products: Comfort with technical products and the ability to break down complex information into easy-to-understand training materials for a wide range of audiences.

     Data-Driven Mindset: Experience using data and metrics to inform training approaches, evaluate success, and iterate on existing programs.

    Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments and build strong relationships with sales leaders, analysts, and product teams.

    Adaptability and Innovation: Demonstrated ability to innovate within training programs to align with changing sales strategies and product updates.

    Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel up to 35% of the time, including internationally, to support training initiatives across different locations. Non-Austin based hires will have to travel 75% of the time.

 

LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is $68,900 to $89,250. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
