Overview
As a Renewals Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice and trusted resource for our existing clients, playing a vital role in their ongoing success. You’ll ensure clients have everything they need to keep their businesses running smoothly and in full compliance. By building lasting relationships and understanding each client’s unique needs, you’ll provide personalized solutions that help them thrive. Your proactive support and genuine care make a real difference in client satisfaction and retention, helping strengthen our company’s reputation and growth.
This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office.
You will
● Proactively contact current clients to discuss their business needs and present renewal options.
● Sell registered agent services and compliance renewals.
● Offer expert advice on services, including registration renewals and registered agent services.
● Actively listen to client concerns and collaborate to find effective solutions. ● Educate clients on the advantages of our products and services.
● Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
● Utilize an initial script for client interactions.
● Develop and manage your own client relationship process.
● Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
You have
● Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year in a client-facing role (sales preferred).
● Experience in high-volume customer service, including handling escalations (desirable). ● Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
● A growth-oriented mindset and receptiveness to coaching.
● A strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
● An Ability to work autonomously and maintain self-motivation.
● Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
● High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
The compensation range for this role is $31,200 + commission and performance-based monthly incentive bonus.
