We are looking for a proactive, organized, and strategic self-starter with excellent communication and people skills who is passionate about working collaboratively to think ahead in support of leadership and their respective goals.

Here at LegalZoom, we look to the EA team as true partners to their executives offering both high quality tactical and thoughtful strategic support to their leader(s) and teams. We need someone who can jump in and proactively make progress on workstreams, clear challenges, make recommendations and work with the teams directly to deliver on the needs of their leader(s) and their short and long term priorities. In this role, we are looking for someone to go above and beyond the day-to-day expectations, and become an integral part of the organization–keeping a pulse on the org, advocating for cultural improvements, nurturing relationships and driving work to impact the health of their teams.

This role will be working with an innovative, collaborative, and nimble executive assistant org who uses their craft expertise to help facilitate business operations for their leader(s) and their orgs. LegalZoom’s EA team delivers detail-oriented day-to-day management of calendars, meeting materials, team support and facilitation. A successful candidate will be eager and able to deliver successfully against high standards, utilize the mastery of their craft to create a dynamic energy for their personal career aspirations and the greater success of LegalZoom.

You will:

  • Manage complex calendar(s) and travel arrangements effectively
  • Attend, prep and manage senior staff meetings as an active member that includes full participation and deliverables
  • Responsible for ensuring all corporate communications and key email correspondence are sent out appropriately and are grammatically correct
  • High level event planning that focuses on execution, amplified energy, and overall focusing on the health and balance of the organization

  • Fast learner: Has a desire and drive to learn new things and quick to acclimate and learn when needed


For onsite roles or roles that require periodic onsite visits, LegalZoom requires all employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines “fully vaccinated” as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. LegalZoom will require proof of vaccination before a successful applicant’s first day of work, and will consider requests for exemption from this requirement during the offer phase (1) as a reasonable accommodation for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs where the accommodation would not LegalZoom undue hardship or pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others, or (2) for other reasons under applicable law.
