Overview
Join our team as a Business Advisor and partner with entrepreneurs to scale their operations, achieve financial stability, and build sustainable growth. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic consultant to our established client base, providing expert guidance on business planning, financial management, and critical decision-making processes. You'll work closely with business owners to develop comprehensive strategies that drive long-term success and help them navigate complex challenges with confidence.
This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office.
The estimated annual on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is $75,000–$100,000 (hourly + commission).
You will
  • Welcome and guide Inc Authority clients, helping them to build and scale businesses from the ground up.
  • Consult on strategic, long-term business solutions, including business credit building, trademarks and legal packages, all custom tailored to each client's unique needs and goals!
  • Build lasting relationships with clients that create opportunities for both them and your team.
  • Leverage customer feedback to develop strategies that help boost client loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring every client feels valued, supported, and confident in their business journey.

The compensation range for this role is $75,000-$100,000. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
