Lead Operations Supervisor
Description
- Own the full lifecycle of lead data, from intake and scrubbing to distribution and recycling, ensuring no backlog and balanced allocation across sales reps
- Distribute inbound leads across sales teams within defined SLAs, ensuring leads are always moving and fairly assigned
- Monitor lead flow, contact rates, and performance trends, proactively alerting leadership to volume or quality issues
- Execute regular lead recycling (“Second Pass”) initiatives to maximize lead value and fully utilize lead inventory
- Track and report lead performance by rep, partner, and lead type
- Co-manage the Client Support Team by overseeing productivity, schedules, SOP adherence, and weekly alignment meetings
- Experience managing lead data, CRM systems, and sales distribution workflows in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of leads accurately
- Analytical and reporting skills to identify trends, gaps, and solve problems proactively
- Experience working closely with sales teams and collaborating across functions
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
