We are looking for a Manager of SEO Marketing, Content Activation to lead our off-page SEO discipline, owning a full-scale link-building and content promotion practice to grow domain authority. S/he will lead the strategic planning, execution, and reporting of our content activation efforts, while partnering with a cross-functional teams like editorial and PR to influence content development and strengthen earned media relations. S/he will report to the Head of SEO.



Define and own the strategy, planning, and measurement of:

  • SEO content promotion initiatives
  • Editor outreach on created content to increase backlink activity and domain authority
  • Partner with PR on story creation to establish high-profile media partnerships
  • Partner with editorial team to influence content development roadmap
  • Work with editorial team to infuse off-page SEO priorities into content across mediums and platforms; educate teams with best practices documentation and regular training
  • Regularly provide recaps, share new findings, and conduct industry case studies
  • Keep current with latest SEO developments and provide editorial leads with SEO recommendations
  • Mentor and develop the SEO Content Specialist

 Knowledge and Skills:

  • At least 4-5 years’ experience in SEO, with emphasis on off-page SEO
  • Track record of increasing organic traffic with measurable results
  • Experience using site analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Experience partnering with editorial teams to inform content development
  • Experience partnering with PR teams on earned media relations
  • At ease presenting in front of a large group, reporting to key stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal) for cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven ability to work well under the pressure of quick deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
  • Up to date on latest trends and SEO best practices
