Overview
As Senior Manager, Partner Marketing at LegalZoom, you will own the strategy and execution that turns our partner network into a scalable acquisition and revenue channel. Senior Partner Marketing Managers at LegalZoom operate with broad business ownership and partner closely with cross-functional leaders to drive outcomes. You build programs that work in both directions — marketing to partners to deepen engagement and marketing with partners to reach new audiences. You understand both sides of the partner equation: enabling referral and reseller partners to sell LegalZoom's products, and co-marketing alongside technology and strategic alliance partners to drive mutual growth. You develop the frameworks, campaigns, and enablement assets that make LegalZoom the partner of choice, and you have the analytical rigor to prove it. You thrive in ambiguity, earn trust at the executive level, and know how to build something repeatable out of what doesn't yet exist.
You will
Proactively identify new growth opportunities across the partner portfolio, including new placements, product integrations, audience segments, and co-marketing angles, driving recommendations that deepen partner value and expand revenue potential
Build and own the partner marketing strategy end-to-end, developing a framework with clear co-marketing expectations and success metrics per partner segment
Own the partner marketing calendar — campaigns, launches, events, and activations — ensuring cohesion across the partner portfolio
Develop and execute co-marketing programs across email, webinars, events, paid, and content channels that drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
Create co-branded content and enablement assets, including playbooks, pitch decks, case studies, product sheets, and landers that make it easy for partners to go to market
Assess performance regularly and identify opportunities to deepen engagement
Track partner-sourced leads, influenced pipeline, and campaign ROI, and communicate results clearly to senior leadership and partners
Support quarterly business reviews with partners and equip the BD and partnerships team with the internal materials needed to represent LegalZoom's products and partner marketing capabilities in external conversations
Build AI agents and automated workflows in Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to streamline partner reporting, enablement content creation, and campaign operations
You have
8+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing, with experience across both referral/reseller partnerships and technology or strategic alliance partnerships
Proven track record building partner programs spanning co-marketing campaigns, new growth opportunities, and revenue-driving activations, with measurable pipeline and business impact
Strong background in partner enablement, creating assets and programs that improve partner marketing capability
Ability to engage at the executive level, with partners and internal stakeholders, and build trust quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and storytelling ability
Experience building AI agents and automated workflows using Claude or similar tools
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
