Overview
The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for guiding new online buyers through launching and growing their business with Inc. Authority, providing expert consultation on long-term business solutions, and building strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and mutual growth.
This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office.

 

You will
  • Welcome and guide new online buyers to Inc. Authority, helping them launch and grow their businesses.
  • Provide expert consulting on long-term business solutions, including legal packages and bundles.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to create opportunities for growth—both for them and your team!
  • Analyze customer feedback to develop new techniques for ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and heard.



You have
  • A goal-driven and self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating and building relationships with both clients and colleagues.
  • A sales-savvy individual with at least 3 years of experience in sales (phone sales preferred).
  • Open to growth and coaching, with a desire to continually improve and achieve more.
  • Someone who loves people—you’re great at connecting with others and providing exceptional service.
  • You’re tech-savvy with basic computer skills and can quickly adapt to new tools and systems.

 

Actual compensation will depend on several factors but the annual average salary is around $60,000.
