- Welcome and guide new online buyers to Inc. Authority, helping them launch and grow their businesses.
- Provide expert consulting on long-term business solutions, including legal packages and bundles.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to create opportunities for growth—both for them and your team!
- Analyze customer feedback to develop new techniques for ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and heard.
- A goal-driven and self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating and building relationships with both clients and colleagues.
- A sales-savvy individual with at least 3 years of experience in sales (phone sales preferred).
- Open to growth and coaching, with a desire to continually improve and achieve more.
- Someone who loves people—you’re great at connecting with others and providing exceptional service.
- You’re tech-savvy with basic computer skills and can quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
