Remote-first
Since March 2020, our Zoomers have worked remotely and reported an overall better work-life balance with more time for family and personal wellness.
At the end of 2021, LegalZoom made the official commitment to being a remote-first company. Remote-first means that there is no expectation that Zoomers come into an office for a fixed number of days outside of those employees identified as essential onsite workers. While we remain a remote-first culture, our local offices have evolved as collaboration spaces for Zoomers to meet and engage in person.

Overview
Every legal document tells a story, and every document we process here at LegalZoom touches a customer’s life in a very real way, whether it’s a document to help them start a business, protect an idea, or protect their family. That’s why our Fulfillment Agents are so critical. We don’t just rely on technology, but our agents carefully review each document to ensure customer information is complete so that our customers are truly delighted by the final document they receive.
Our Fulfillment Agents are extremely detail-oriented, have exceptional proofreading skills, can meet tight deadlines, and work with different legal products each day. It’s all part of helping our customers achieve their dreams.
You will
● Responsible for accurate and timely production and fulfillment of document orders for the customer and/or government agencies.
● Resolving order processing problems and recording time measurements related to production activities.
● Review and reassign cases to appropriate processors for completion (SF cases, download materials, etc.)
● Review customer document orders for completeness and correctness according to prescribed document order requirements.
● Act as the point of contact for receiving and owning the resolution of customer issues during the fulfillment process, which may require communicating with customers via email and phone.
● Meets and/or exceed production quotas and/or quality metrics
● Cross-training in other areas and performing tasks as directed by management
● Perform other related duties as directed by Management
You have
● HS Diploma or equivalent
● Detailed Orientated
● Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook and internet navigation.
● Effective Time Management Skills
● Comfortable working efficiently across multiple data platforms and utility suites
● Consistent track record of quota achievement
● Remote Employees should confirm that the internet service available has adequate bandwidth to support all work processes.
● Copyediting, proofreading or academic grading experience
LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is ($37,440 - $45,760). Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
