Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. People are the driving force of success at LegalZoom and we’re building the team that drives our growth and shapes our culture. If you’re someone who is passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience while serving as a strategic advisor to our hiring teams, we want to talk to you. 

You will

  • Source candidates from multiple venues and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, schedule and host in-person interviews, and administer pre-employment tests
  • Process all pre-employment paperwork, including background and reference checks
  • Meet recruiting metrics based on operational needs
  • Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures
  • Maintain a constant and steady focus on the marketplace and disseminate market intelligence to key client groups
  • Act as liaison to staffing agencies
  • Establish and foster university relationships to increase campus recruiting
  • Attend career fairs
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction
  • Write job descriptions and interview guides

You have

  • 7+ years of high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting experience with exempt, technical, and management level positions
  • Effective interviewing skills
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
  • Ability to source, attract, and hire the best candidate using traditional and social media methods
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional client service, communication, and teaming skills
  • Strong attention to detail, balanced by ability to see big picture
  • Ability to perform in a self-managed environment
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and the internet
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
