We’re looking for an Employee Engagement Sr. Program Manager to join our People Operations team. People are the driving force of success at LegalZoom and we’re building the team that drives our growth and shapes our culture. You will:
· Lead the strategy and execution of the bi-annual employee engagement process, including the survey approach, cascading the results to the organization, and partnering with leaders on the action planning process.
· Partner with the Director, Talent Development and Diversity to create a compelling Employee Value Proposition (in partnership with marketing and people operations) and integrate this into tangible programs throughout an employee’s lifecycle to drive a culture that fosters this EVP.
· Plan, promote and oversee logistics for internal events and communication that promote employee engagement and support our value of People-First.
· Deliver programs that enable talent attraction, ongoing engagement, recognition and development, and retention fostering a culture that speaks to LegalZoom values.
· Manage engagement and development programs to ensure an engaging employee experience, gathering feedback to ensure we are evaluating and evolving our programs that support the employees through the employee lifecycle.
· Partner with Social Impact to support employee volunteerism and giving programs.
· Partner with Internal Communications to execute a strong employee communications strategy that drives engagement, simplicity, transparency and a People-First and Purpose-driven mind-set.
· Support implementation of innovative tools and systems that enable scale, measurement and engagement from employees.

You have:
· 5+ years of experience in talent development, engagement and diversity
· Experience in technology industry strongly preferred
· Proven experience and passion for developing people, teams, and leaders while driving an inclusive, performance-driven culture at scale
· Experience working with cross-functional partners to execute strategies
· Strong influencing and communication skills
· Ability to execute data-driven strategies and create presentations that tell a compelling story
· Experience with large-scale change management
· Be solution-oriented with the ability to solve challenging problems
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) required
