We are looking for an experienced Programmatic & Paid Social expert to join our team in a high-impact, high-visibility role of Senior Manager, Digital Marketing at LegalZoom. S/he will draw on their mastery of the Programmatic Display and Social channel to deliver on ambitious growth goals for the business, leading performance based digital marketing for a selection of LegalZoom products. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and both, strategic and operational, as well as have strong written and spoken communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels of our organization. S/he will report to the Sr. Director of Paid Media.


  • Experience managing agency relationship for biddable media (i.e. Programmatic/Paid Social)
  • Build and execute digital strategy for paid social and programmatic display to achieve performance and growth metrics
  • End-to-end channel ownership from strategy, tracking/measurement, reporting, optimization and automation
  • Analyze data to make recommendations to improve existing campaigns, forecast and develop new strategies that will inform future decisions.
  • Regularly communicate performance results, strategy and vision up to C-level
  • Collaborate with channel leaders across other key acquisition channels to accelerate overall business growth
  • Champion an always-on testing discipline that establishes test roadmap, hypotheses, and actionable insights that lead to relentless campaign optimization and iteration

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leading Programmatic or social marketing programs, either in-house or agency
  • 2+ yeas of management experience
  • Experience managing large media budgets ($5mm+ annually)
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in the rapidly changing media landscape, with strong opinions on tech and process needs
  • Fluent in digital media math, attribution models, and media measurement philosophies
  • Ability to analyze business data trends to inform decisions that will fuel company growth
  • Motivated self-starter that can drive projects and initiatives with little supervision
  • Confidence in communication and presentation to all levels of organization
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform actionable insights of growth marketing campaigns
