Overview

The Compensation Program Manager is responsible for managing, executing and analyzing the compensation programs. They will develop and communicate compensation strategies, review and approve compensation decisions, and ensure that the company is compliant with various regulations.

You will

  • Administer compensation programs that align with company strategy, compensation strategy, and support customer and business needs, to include annual compensation planning programs, job structure maintenance programs, bonus plan, and equity program administration
  • Manage annual compensation team calendar
  • Configure, implement and monitor compensation planning tools and processes
  • Analyze and report supervisory performance costs and results to management team
  • Manage and analyze complex datasets to distill insights and convey findings; build scalable tools/enhancements
  • Partner with Compensation BP, department leaders, HR Business Partners, HRIS, and recruiters to optimally configure and enhance business processes in ADP/HRIS, and all compensation related matters to refine programs/processes
  • Continually evaluate compensation programs to ensure they are legally compliant (conduct data audits), competitive, and aligned with overall compensation philosophy
  • Lead compliance initiatives and maintain corporate policies in close partnership with Legal/DEI
  • Partner with Compensation BP and cross functional teams to map the end-to-end requirements and processes for enabling compensation tools, identifying dependencies, owning timelines, and opportunities for improvement
  • Engage in the research, development, and administration of assigned compensation programs 
  • Manage external vendor relationships (i.e. Radford, Redcat, etc.) and own tool implementation processes
  • Partner with training & support peers on the rollout of new tools and systems via training materials & post-launch support resources

You have

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of work experience in compensation program and project management
  • CCP and CPM certifications preferred
  • Comfortable moving in a fast-paced environment, working on a project that is fluid and in a constant state of evolution
  • Ability to schedule meetings appropriately among executive schedules, participant availability, and functional context
  • Able to take feedback and iterate quickly
  • Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
  • Ability to be proactive with strong customer service orientation, excellent attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and strong Word and PowerPoint skills; experience with Oracle, Workday, Visier, and Certent strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of compensation/employment laws

 

For onsite roles or roles that require periodic onsite visits, LegalZoom requires all employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
