Technical Customer Service Representative
Description
TownNews.com, a leading application service provider of hosted Web solutions for newspapers, seeks a multi-talented Technical Customer Service Representative for their Moline, Illinois office.
Responsibilities include phone support, customer training, web page troubleshooting and editing. This is a full-time position. Support hours range from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The successful candidate will possess:
- The ability to multi-task and be an organized self-starter
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
- Must have previous customer service experience
