What you will be doing:
We are looking for a Mid-Level Shopify Developer with solid web development experience and hands-on knowledge of Shopify storefront customization. The ideal candidate can work independently on day-to-day development tasks, build responsive storefront experiences, integrate third-party services, and troubleshoot production issues with guidance when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of professional web development experience with focus on Shopify.
Hands-on experience developing and customizing Shopify storefronts.
Experience with Liquid and Shopify theme architecture.
Strong knowledge of:
HTML
CSS/SCSS
JavaScript
Responsive/mobile-first development
Experience with at least one back-end technology such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP.
Familiarity with REST or GraphQL APIs and third-party integrations.
Basic understanding of online payments, tokenization, and PCI considerations.
Good understanding of UI/UX principles and e-commerce customer experiences.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with PaySafe, Stripe, Braintree, Authorize.net, or similar payment providers.
Experience with Shopify GraphQL or Admin API.
Experience with Shopify app/custom functionality.
Experience optimizing storefront performance and conversion.
Experience working with shipping or order-tracking platforms.
