We are seeking an experienced Senior + Agile CoE Team Lead that will champion the widespread adoption of agile methodologies within Lean Solutions Group. This senior-level role focuses on enhancing organizational efficiency and collaboration by supervising agile teams, forming strategic frameworks, and ensuring rigorous implementation of best practices. 
You will play a key role in aligning stakeholders, guiding comprehensive team training, and crafting action plans for ongoing improvements. Utilizing your strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills, you will drive continuous enhancement by leveraging agile and DevOps tools. Your impact extends beyond immediate duties, contributing to the organization's overall success and adaptability to emerging challenges.

What you will be doing:
  • Supervise and Lead Agile Teams: Supervising and leading Agile teams is an administrative responsibility as it involves personnel management and team leadership.
  • Develop Agile General Strategies: The definition and execution of Agile strategies are administrative tasks as they are related to strategic planning and direction.
  • Implement Best Practices: Establishing and promoting Agile best practices and standards throughout the organization is also an administrative responsibility as it involves policy definition and standards promotion.
  • Manage Communication with Customers and Stakeholders: Managing communication with customers and stakeholders is an administrative responsibility as it involves external relationship management and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Team Training and Development: Providing training and development to the Agile team is an administrative responsibility related to personnel development and team management.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Generate periodic quality reports that include key metrics, test results, trends, and identified issues. These reports are vital for decision-making and communicating quality to stakeholders.
  • Task Updates in Management Tool (task tracking tools or project management software): Ensure that team tasks and objectives are kept up to date in the tool used for tracking and managing OKRs, which includes assigning responsibilities and updating progress.
  • Action Plan Development: Develop specific action plans in response to issues identified. These plans should detail the actions to be taken and those responsible for their implementation.
  • Conduct Dedicated Branch Audits: Carry out regular audits in the dedicated branch to assess the quality of work, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with established standards and processes. Provide feedback and recommendations to maintain and enhance the quality of work in the dedicated branch.
  • Organize and Lead Training Initiatives: This function involves organizing knowledge-sharing forums, skill development programs, and mentorship opportunities to enhance the capabilities and skills of Agile professionals.
  • Optimize Agile Processes and Account-specific Approaches: This function focuses on leading initiatives to continuously improve Agile processes, enhance overall quality, and customize strategies to meet the specific requirements of individual accounts or projects.
  • Participation in Meetings with Leadership Team: Collaborate with other leaders and directors in strategic meetings to align the Agile strategy with the organization's overall objectives and discuss quality management on a global level.
  • Ensuring Goal Compliance: Ensure that the Agile team meets the established key objectives and results (OKRs), identifying and addressing deviations or issues that may impact the achievement of these objectives.
  • Development of Work Methodologies: Establish and continuously improve the work methodologies and approaches used by the Agile team, incorporating agile practices, DevOps, or other relevant methodologies.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and managing risks in projects is an operational responsibility, as it focuses on specific quality-related risk management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seeking opportunities for improvement in Agile processes and operational efficiency and making changes to drive continuous enhancements are operational responsibilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Intermediate proficiency in Agile Methodologies, with familiarity in frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP.
  • 7+ years of experience in agile environments, demonstrating leadership and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in Agile Management Tools like Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or Asana.
  • Intermediate skills in the Facilitation of Agile Events, including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to effectively maintain relationship management and needs tracking.
  • Excellent interdisciplinary communication skills to convey complex technical concepts efficiently.
  • Proficiency with collaboration technologies, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence.
  • Intermediate ability to adapt to new technologies and integrate them into agile processes.
  • Sound understanding of analytics and metrics for performance reporting and data-driven decision making, focusing on performance metrics such as team KPI analysis.
  • Basic understanding in DevOps Integration and automation tools.
  • High proficiency in English (B2+ level).
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning.

  • Experience with ClickUp for project management
  • Advanced understanding of DevOps practices and tools beyond CI/CD
  • Experience in customizing Agile processes for different organizational needs
  • Familiarity with additional agile frameworks like Crystal or Disciplined Agile
  • Possession of certifications like Certified Agile Leader or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive agile adoption
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning within Agile transformation
