Position Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator
Location: LATAM
What you will be doing:
We are seeking a proactive and highly autonomous Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the optimization and maintenance of our Salesforce environment, primarily supporting our franchise sales and agency management teams. This is a "one-person show" role that requires a professional capable of managing the platform independently, translating vague business requests into technical solutions, and bridging the gap between legacy code and modern declarative automation.
Automated User Lifecycle Management: Design and implement automated solutions for user activation, deactivation, and periodic access reviews to enhance security and efficiency, reducing manual administrative load.
Declarative Migration & Optimization: Identify opportunities to read and interpret legacy Apex code (specifically in lead routing) and migrate it into scalable Salesforce Flows to improve system maintainability.
Lead Management & Routing: Optimize lead flow logic, including "round-robin" assignment rules and stage-based communications for prospect management.
Platform Governance: Act as the primary administrator for system stability, managing objects, fields, validation rules, and ensuring a healthy deployment cycle between Dev and Production environments.
Advanced Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of data health across complex architectures, ensuring seamless synchronization and validation between Salesforce and our external Data Warehouse.
Stakeholder Advisory: Act as a strategic partner to business users, helping them define requirements and advising on tool selection (e.g., evaluating Account Engagement/Pardot vs. Salesloft).
Required Skills & Experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Expert Salesforce Administration: 5+ years of experience with Sales Cloud, Lightning Experience, and advanced Salesforce Flow development.
Account Engagement (Pardot): Strong knowledge of marketing automation, including the management of Merge Fields, email templates, and Engagement Studio.
Lead Routing Logic: Experience managing sales engagement platforms and complex distribution rules (Round Robin).
Code-to-Flow Translation: Ability to read/interpret Apex code to facilitate the transition to declarative automation.
Data Warehouse Integration: Experience interfacing with data lakes and querying data to ensure synchronization between Salesforce and external BI tools.
Nice to Have:
DocuSign Administration: Experience managing e-signature templates, user permissions, and integration workflows within Salesforce.
Salesloft: Familiarity with Salesloft and its integration/competition with Salesforce native features.
Salesforce Certifications: Platform App Builder or Advanced Administrator.
Soft Skills:
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Strategic thinking and business process analysis
Leadership and mentoring capabilities
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborative and customer-focused mindset
Proactive & Self-Driven: Ability to take full ownership of the Salesforce roadmap and identify platform gaps without constant oversight.
Strategic Problem Solving: Strong ability to translate complex, sometimes undefined business needs into technical requirements with a customer-focused mindset.
Autonomy: Comfortable working as the sole expert on the platform, navigating ambiguity, and mentoring the business on best practices.
