Position: Mid Project Manager
Location: LATAM

What you will be doing:

The Project Manager will serve as a key cross functional partner responsible for keeping product and engineering initiatives organized, aligned, and moving forward. This person will work closely with founders, internal engineers, and external partners to help manage priorities, track deliverables, and ensure the team is executing against business goals and timelines. This role requires a proactive, hands on professional who can operate with autonomy, bring structure to fast moving environments, and help maintain focus across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Currently, we are seeking a Mid Project Manager with a strong English level to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:  

  • Own and manage day to day coordination of product and project related workstreams across internal and external teams.
  • Maintain visibility into priorities, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure initiatives stay on track.
  • Partner with founders and stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable plans, priorities, and follow up items.
  • Own and maintain Linear (or equivalent) as the single source of truth for all product and engineering work.
  • Actively drive and enforce execution across engineering teams and external partners, validating progress against agreed deliverables at a high level.
  • Facilitate alignment between business, product, and technical teams to ensure expectations, scope, and timelines are clear.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, gaps, competing priorities, and execution risks, and raise them with the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support planning for product launches, demos, partner initiatives, and other key milestones by helping teams stay organized and accountable.
  • Drive meeting cadences, status updates, action item tracking, and documentation to support execution and visibility.
  • Help maintain a lean and practical product and delivery process in a fast paced startup environment.
  • Push for clarity, prioritization, and realistic execution plans when timelines or expectations are misaligned with available resources.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Program Management, or a hybrid delivery focused role within software or technology environments.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams that include engineering, business stakeholders, and external partners or vendors.
  • Strong understanding of product and project delivery processes in Agile or fast paced iterative environments.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders with strong organizational discipline.
  • Ability to track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies while maintaining a high level view of progress and risks.
  • Experience with project and task management tools within Linear or similar (Jira, Monday.com, Trello, Azure DevOps or Asana)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge assumptions, push for prioritization, and keep teams accountable.
  • Experience supporting software product development teams and coordinating execution around product related initiatives.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Previous experience in startup environments or high growth technology companies.
  • Exposure to Product Management responsibilities such as backlog review, prioritization, roadmap support, or requirement clarification.
  • Experience working with engineering teams focused on AI, computer vision, SaaS, or analytics based products.
  • Familiarity with launch readiness, demos, partner driven deliverables, or external conference / milestone preparation.
  • Spanish language skills.
  • Experience working with distributed or outsourced development teams.
  • Background in DevOps coordination, technical delivery oversight, or vendor management.

 Soft skills:

  • Strong sense of urgency and follow through.
  • Excellent communicator with the confidence to work directly with founders, partners, and technical teams.
