2. Role Summary
We are looking for a Paid Media Analyst (Junior) to support the execution and monitoring of our digital advertising campaigns. This is an operational role focused on the day-to-day management of platforms like Google Ads and Meta. You will be responsible for setting up campaigns, ensuring ads are running correctly, and generating performance reports.
3. Responsibilities (What you will be doing)
- Campaign Implementation: Build and launch campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok, following the structure and budget provided by leadership.
- Daily Monitoring: Check daily spend to ensure budgets are on track and pause underperforming ads as instructed.
- Reporting: Export data from platforms into Excel or Google Sheets to track top-of-the-funnel metrics (Clicks, CTR, Impressions, CPC).
- Creative Support: Coordinate with the creative team to upload new banners/videos and ensure all links have the correct UTM tags.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Monitor basic tracking (GA4) to ensure clicks and traffic are being recorded correctly.
- Platform Maintenance: Execute simple adjustments to keywords, bids, and targeting based on specific guidance from the manager.
4. Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media platforms (Agencies or In-house).
- Platform Knowledge: Basic to intermediate use of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- SEO & Search Intent: Basic knowledge of SEO principles and understanding of search intent to support keyword selection and ad relevance.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas) and Google Analytics 4.
- Preferred Skills (Plus): Familiarity with Looker Studio for automated reporting and data visualization.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and complete repetitive tasks with zero errors.
- Communication: Good level of English to coordinate with international teams and document tasks.
5. Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Accuracy: Zero errors in campaign setup, budget allocation, and UTM tagging.
- Timeliness: On-time delivery of weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Responsiveness: Quick execution of optimization requests provided by the Senior team.
