What you will be doing:
As a senior-level Tech Manager at Lean Tech, your primary responsibility is to oversee the development and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and adhere to stringent quality standards. You will lead engineering teams, guiding them to operational excellence through strategic mentorship and resource allocation. Collaborating closely with product management, stakeholders, and clients is essential to deliver projects that meet defined requirements, priorities, and success criteria. A crucial aspect of your role is defining and executing technical strategies, particularly through advanced agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, offering guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and clients to define project requirements, set priorities, and determine success criteria.
- Guide architectural decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Continuously review and enhance engineering processes using Scrum methodologies to improve team efficiency and project outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and clients, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and accomplishments.
- Apply technical expertise to solve complex problems, offering hands-on assistance when necessary.
- Effectively allocate team resources in accordance with project timelines and priorities.
- Conduct performance evaluations of team members, providing constructive feedback, and setting professional development goals.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Promote innovation within the team by encouraging the adoption of new approaches, tools, and technologies.
- Engage directly with clients to ensure their technical needs are understood and met, fostering trust and strong relationships.

- Advanced English proficiency (C1 - C2 level).
- Proven experience in technical leadership, managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Advanced project management skills with a track record of managing complex technical projects from inception to completion.
- Intermediate software development background, with working knowledge of both frontend and backend technologies.
- Advanced strategic thinking to align technical solutions with business objectives and develop long-term strategies.
- Advanced understanding of agile development practices, including Scrum, continuous integration, and deployment.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with strong analytical capabilities to tackle technical challenges.
- Advanced communication skills for effectively interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Intermediate experience in client engagement to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Intermediate experience in risk management, identifying, and mitigating project risks.
- Advanced understanding of system design and enterprise architecture for scalability and consistency.
