We are seeking a Senior AI Delivery Manager  to convert business opportunities into new delivery projects and long-lasting partnerships with clients, work with cutting-edge technologies and stay ahead of the curve in your field. 



Position Title: Senior AI Delivery Manager

 

Location: Hybrid-Remote

 

What you will be doing:
  • Take care of Colombian-based clients, enterprises, and software companies, focusing on retail, manufacturing and logistics, media, and telco domains
  • Be in charge of existing portfolio development and new logo acquisition
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering an extraordinary experience within business goals
  • Manage client expectations and ensure delivery commitments are fulfilled on scope, time, and within budget
  • Implement delivery excellence best practices to guarantee both quality and an optimal level of operational efficiency
  • Provide team members across the delivery unit with opportunities for continuous growth and personal development
  • Keep members of the delivery unit well-informed of corporate values, strategic goals, changes within the company, and general corporate news
  • Motivate, guide, coach, and encourage the management team of the delivery unit together with the HR Business Partner
  • Ensure the definition and implementation of career development and succession planning for team members
  • Cooperate with the Client Success Leader and Client Partner to proactively identify and take up opportunities to enhance the level of client satisfaction
  • Manage operating profit and loss, and cost optimization together with the financial partner
  • Establish and maintain effective staffing
  • Travel as per business needs



Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • At least 10 years of proven experience in management
  • Qualified in project management with a degree such as Master of Science in Technology Management (MSTM), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or similar
  • Strong in developing and executing strategies to build and grow business from scratch
  • Ready to be an example of a leader for the local community and build it from scratch
  • Aware of the Colombia IT market and emerging technologies
  • Used to working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Focused on a manageable number of clients, necessary for providing an extraordinary client experience
  • Taking extreme ownership of all project aspects: budget, scope, schedule, and quality
  • Understanding the functionality and business models of a software development company
  • Showing a proven track of team-building and distributed team management
  • Proficient in the management of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Advanced in project management techniques and tools, including basic revenue models, profit and loss modeling, cost-to-completion projections, project pricing models, project billing procedures, budget estimation techniques, and others
  • Demonstrating at least an advanced English level (C1)

  • Demonstrated initiative in learning and understanding the business and industry to contribute strategically to project roadmaps in partnership with Product Managers.
