Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in technology, software development, product management, and business process improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and business domains.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills
Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban through coursework, internships, projects, or professional experience.
Basic understanding of APIs, databases, software architecture, or web applications.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MySQL, or similar tools.
Experience working on team projects, internships, hackathons, or technology-related initiatives.
Interest in logistics, supply chain operations, transportation, or enterprise software solutions.
