We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support and drive initiatives within the IT Operations domain. This role will be part of a broader effort to enhance internal technology platforms, operational tools, and core systems that support organizational efficiency across departments.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver infrastructure-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead internal IT and operations-related projects from initiation through execution, including planning, coordination, and delivery.
- Manage infrastructure upgrades, system enhancements, and platform migrations as needed.
- Collaborate with IT, product, and operations stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and define key deliverables.
- Ensure operational projects remain on track and provide value to internal business units.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and communication updates.
- Track progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers with a focus on delivery excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management, including strong experience managing internal operations, infrastructure, or platform-related projects.
- 3+ years of experience forecasting and tracking project financials.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Background in operations technology, platform enablement, or enterprise system rollouts.
- Hands-on experience managing delivery timelines, stakeholder expectations, and operational priorities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Experience in Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Monday.com, or similar.
Nice to Have Skills
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure environments (e.g., cloud migrations, system consolidations).
- Experience managing stakeholder needs across departments such as customer success, legal, and back-office teams.
- Background in business analysis or product management.
- Previous experience in companies scaling operational infrastructure for growth.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, or SAFe SSM/SASM.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to foster collaboration and build relationships across teams and departments.
- Adaptable and resourceful, capable of working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Fluent in English, with a proficiency level of B2 or higher.
