What you will be doing:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with business goals, fostering long-term growth.

- User-Centric Approach: Leverage user feedback and analytics to drive continuous product improvements and ensure user satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 6+ years of progressive experience in senior product management or related leadership roles, preferably within the software or technology industry.
- Additional 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Expertise in agile methodologies, strategic planning, and product lifecycle management, with a demonstrated ability to drive innovation and scale in complex, high-growth environments.
- Deep technical acumen and domain expertise, with a background in software engineering, preferably with proficiency in modern programming languages and technologies.
- Recognized certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Marketing, or similar credentials are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in product management tools and platforms (e.g., JIRA, Aha!, Productboard), coupled with strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, mentor junior talent, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, navigate ambiguity, and lead through change with resilience, adaptability, and strategic agility.
