Currently, we are seeking an OneStream Developer to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:
Position Title: OneStream Developer
Location: Remote - LATAM
What you will be doing:
An experienced OneStream consultant will join our global team, focusing on implementing financial technology solutions using the OneStream platform. You’ll work closely with onshore teams and clients to design and deliver financial consolidation, planning, and reporting solutions.
Collaborate with clients to design and implement OneStream solutions for consolidation, reporting, and forecasting
Lead and support design workshops to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Configure and build OneStream applications (dimensions, forms, business rules, security, workflows)
Develop data mappings, validation rules, and ETL processes for close/consolidation and financial reporting
Create cube view reports and dashboards
Train team members on OneStream platform administration and best practices
Prepare system documentation, ensuring compliance with client processes
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and recommend future enhancements (e.g., planning modules, account reconciliations)

Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience with at least one EPM platform — OneStream
Hands-on EPM development/configuration with full lifecycle implementations (Consolidation, Planning, Reporting)
3+ years in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Solid understanding of GAAP and/or IFRS
Experience with financial close, consolidations, FP&A, and financial reporting
Familiarity with account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations
Knowledge of planning methodologies: driver-based revenue/margin planning, expense planning, workforce planning, capital planning
Proficient in SQL, .NET/C#/VB.NET, and relational databases
Ability to write and troubleshoot business rules, data buffers, and member formulas
Ability to integrate data from multiple financial/ERP systems into OneStream
Experience with ETL tools and data migration
Experience with Managed Services environments
Previous systems administration experience (preferred)
