Position Title: Mid-Level Salesforce Developer

Location: LATAM

What you will be doing:

As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you will contribute hands-on to the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across industries. You have solid working knowledge of Salesforce's technical domains — including programmatic development, declarative solutioning, and integrations — and enjoy solving practical business problems through clean, well-structured code. You'll work closely with senior developers and architects to build and test custom solutions, contribute to technical documentation, and continue growing your expertise across the platform.

• Contribute to translating business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions

• Support the estimation of effort for assigned development tasks

• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute solutioning ideas

• Develop custom solutions and integrations under the guidance of senior team members

• Build and execute unit tests and test plans to ensure solution quality

• Participate in peer code reviews and apply technical best practices

• Stay current with Salesforce platform features and functionality

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years of Salesforce platform experience, including hands-on Apex and JavaScript development

• Solid Apex programming experience: core design patterns, governor limits, trigger handling, and unit testing

• Front-end development experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Working knowledge of functional/technical tools: data modeling, security model, and flows

• Understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and experience collaborating with other developers

• Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)

• Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design, and software development lifecycle

• Experience working within Agile teams

Nice to Have Skills

• Exposure to Experience Cloud or common AppExchange solutions

• Familiarity with integration tools and ETL with Salesforce

• Exposure to Einstein or other Salesforce AI product capabilities

• Active Salesforce certifications, or actively working toward certification
