We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Salesforce Data Analyst to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:
Your Duties as a Lean Tech Warrior:
- Manages sales data from various sources
- Manages sales reporting, dashboards, analytics, and third party vendors
- Oversees the Company’s SalesForce initiatives, including building reports, synchronizing data, create users, profiles and ongoing training with the sales team
- Collaborates with Operations, IT, Accounting, and Marketing to pursue initiatives that will foster future growth and respond to industry trends
- Performs other departmental duties as assigned

- Proficient in Data management
- Functional knowledge of SalesForce
- Proficient knowledge of excel, including macros
- Knowledge with PowerBI.
- College education preferred but not required
- Highly professional and ethical with uncompromising morals and integrity
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure prioritize and handle multiple competing tasks and demands simultaneously
- Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically or through other means to individuals or groups
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other staff members to accomplish the goals and objectives of the organization
