We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Talent Partner (Jr. Human Resources Business Partner) to join the team, to become the aligning and supportive connection between talent, customer, team and business, focused on providing close support and exceptional expertise to all teams, as well as meeting objectives.
    
Your Functions, Duties, and Tasks as a Lean Tech Warrior:    
  • Management of requests
  • Support leaders with team management tools, training, talent consulting and other initiatives to improve account health.
  • In collaboration with other HRBPs, extrapolate best practices from the projects/accounts, establishing a standard that ensures efficiency and quality, based on corporate culture.
  • Provide visibility, proactive insights and preemptive alerts that enable the Talent team to create action plans to mitigate or avoid any situation that may negatively affect the satisfaction of any stakeholder.
  • Support the account with administrative and legal procedures related to Talent.
  • Promote and support social impact activities within the accounts.
  • Activate communication channels by implementing activities that increase interaction.
  • Facilitate and ensure proper account onboarding and record generation.
  • Implement talent mapping process and consecutive action plans.
  • Implement risk assessment process and update report.
  • Update weekly reports with account specific data as needed.
  • Improve account intervention related to employee wellness.
