Overview:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will occupy a central and influential position in the development and configuration of solutions within the dynamic Salesforce platform. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the way our organization harnesses the power of Salesforce to meet our business objectives and exceed client expectations.

 

Position Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote

 

What you will be doing:
  • Participate in the development and configuration of advanced solutions in Salesforce, applying design patterns and following the best development practices.
  • Work closely with the development team, Salesforce administrators, and other teams to resolve technical issues, identify solutions, and make system improvements.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to younger developers and other team members on Salesforce-related topics and associated technologies.
  • Stay current with the latest updates to Salesforce and explore new technologies, tools, and solutions that can improve the efficiency and quality of development in Salesforce.
  • Use version control systems like Git and quality control tools to ensure the integrity and quality of code developed in Salesforce.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support to end-users, ensuring Salesforce systems' stability and proper functioning.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Experience with writing and testing batch classes and test classes in Apex.
  • Apex development
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce core data model Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative (no-code) capabilities (flows, validation rules...)
  • Strong documentation (commenting code and clear documentation) skills and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce integration capabilities and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce administration tasks (user management, org configuration...)
  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment, familiar with JIRA or other application lifecycle management tools
  • Experience with development and deployment tools, source code management
  • Data migration skills

 

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in Lightning Web Component development
  • Experience with JavaScript / CSS development
  • Understanding Salesforce CPQ capabilities, prior configuration, and development work within
  • Understanding of Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud capabilities, prior configuration, and development work within
