We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Senior Real Time Analyst
Your Duties as a Lean Tech Warrior:
- Direct the planning and execution of workforce initiatives to align with organizational goals.
- Ensure the workforce management system supports company operations effectively.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and integrity in all data analyses and reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging industry best practices to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Attend in-person or virtual meetings, trainings, and activities scheduled by the company that contribute to the performance of your duties and your professional development.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on workforce metrics to senior management, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
Why We’ll Love You:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in roles such as workforce mid-analyst.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- English Level, B2 level of English, written and spoken
- Leadership, Effective Communication, Teamwork, Conflict Resolution, Critical Thinking, Decision Making
Note: Hybrid position, 2 days at the office. Only Medellin.
