What you will be doing:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Rust and TypeScript to design, develop, and maintain reliable, scalable software systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across systems-level and application-level development, translating technical requirements into production-ready solutions.
This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, independent problem-solving, and the ability to contribute to architectural and technical decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong, hands-on experience developing production applications with Rust.
Experience with Node.js and modern TypeScript frameworks or runtimes.
Solid understanding of software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Experience building and consuming APIs and distributed services.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency concepts.
Experience with automated testing and modern software development practices.
Proficiency with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
Experience troubleshooting and optimizing production systems.
Experience with Tokio, Axum, Actix Web, or other Rust frameworks.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or other relational and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with Docker and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience designing distributed systems or event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
Experience with observability tools, logging, metrics, and tracing.
Soft Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate, diagram and document complex engineering concepts.
